Accommodation on campus – your weekend stay, sorted
offers 4* accommodation, with access to the on-site leisure and spa facility.
If you have booked accommodation at Burleigh Court or The Link, you will have received booking confirmations directly from the hotels.
You will also have received confirmations directly for any treatments booked for Burleigh Court spa.
As alumni, you can stay at Burleigh Court with a 20% discount on the best available rate. Use code "ALUMNI20".

Travelling to campus
By car
If you are travelling by car, we recommend using the postcode LE11 3TT when setting your destination.
Saturday guests have access to reserved . Once this car park is full, please park in any available car parking spaces. The multi-storey and Holywell car parks will also have plenty of parking.
For those starting the day at Impact Live, please use the as this is the closest car park to the venue. If you have informed us of accessibility requirements you will have a car parking space right outside the venue.
Once you have parked up, we recommend using the Sprint bus service to travel between locations on campus.
Please note that car parking charges apply on campus on Friday 15 May for guests not staying at Burleigh Court. You can pay in advance – just make sure you know the registration number of the car you will travel in. Parking is free of charge on Saturday and Sunday. Details about how to pay for parking can be found online.
Do you drive an EV? There are charging points across campus should you need to charge your vehicle. These are charged via ROAM.
By rail
If you’re getting the train into 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ, you can get the Sprint bus or a taxi straight to campus!
University shuttle bus
The Kinchbus Sprint service from 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Railway station brings you straight to campus. Stops on campus include: Students' Union, Pilkington Library, Wolfson School and Holywell Park. Get off at Haslegrave for EHB or at the Students' Union for the shortest walk to the athletics.
Accessibility
Have you got any dietary or access requirements that we don’t know about? Please make sure you tell us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

What to bring and what to wear
We don’t have a dress code for the weekend so please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We do however recommend comfortable shoes.
If you’re joining us for the day on Saturday, then feel free to get changed should you wish to get a bit more dressed up for the evening. That's totally up to you!
Please feel free to bring along your photographs of your time at 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ to share. If you have any larger items or memorabilia that you would like to bring, please let us know first, so we can make sure that we have space to display your item on the day or in our archives.

Campus works
A new Hall of Residence is being developed in the central park area of campus, close to the Edward Herbert Building. This is an exciting development, but it does mean that you may notice a few changes to driving and walking routes during your visit.
All vehicle and pedestrian route closures and diversions are signposted on site. Please take care to follow the routes.
Other activity on campus
Campus will be busy over the weekend. Please note that students will be on-campus and in halls so we kindly ask that you respect their privacy during your visit and do not enter areas unless directed to do so by a member of staff or a Student Ambassador.
Additionally, a junior netball tournament will be taking place at the Sir David Wallace 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµs Hall and other sporting venues on the east of campus. Other events may also take place in Burleigh Court, in halls, or at sport venues across campus.
Attending as a group
If you are attending the reunion as a group – big or small – let us know! We can arrange to get a group photograph taken, and we’d love to chat with you to hear more about your group.
If you are coming as a group, up to ten tickets can be purchased per booking and we will ask for the name of each guest.
You are welcome to build your own activities in to the weekend and to join the rest of the reunion wherever you see fit.
If you’re looking to track down peers, please let us know names and any details that you may have by emailing alumni@lboro.ac.uk. If we have contact details for your peers, we can contact them with a message on your behalf.
Attending on your own
If you are attending the weekend on your own, there will be plenty of opportunities to network and make new connections. We are also offering a buddy system with our Alumni Advisory Board (AAB). Let us know if you would like to meet a member of the AAB by selecting the buddy option on the booking form.
