Friday
FND
This is your alumni-exclusive FND!
Head to JC's to enter the Students' Union, where you will be directed to the Lounge (formerly Incognitos) for your alumni-exclusive FND.
Please note that you will be required to show ID on entry as proof of age (18+ only).
Saturday
91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Impact Live
Please arrive at West Park Teaching Hub at 10:30am for networking and brunch, before hearing from our Director of Philanthropy, Alumni and Supporter Engagement who will introduce the various sessions with student scholars and more!
Please use the as this is the closest car park to the venue. If you have informed us of accessibility requirements you will have a car parking space right outside the venue.
Check-in and refreshments
Get your weekend started! If you haven’t already checked in, this is your chance to gather the information that you need for the weekend.
Join fellow guests at EHB from 12:30pm for complimentary refreshments.
Explore the history of the University with Prof. Matt McCullock and bring along your own memorabilia to share.
Garden games, a board game chest and quiz sheets will be available and LSU Classical will be playing background music.
The café will be open for lunch and other drinks.
Not joining until later? Don’t worry, we have other check-in points during the weekend.
50 years of 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Students’ Union
The Students’ Union has celebrated its 50th anniversary.
The current Students’ Union President will be joined by past student leaders who will discuss their experiences.
You will be guided to the panel session when you check-in. Grab your refreshments beforehand!

Campus tours
Enjoy a guided tour of the campus in themed groups.
You will be shown around campus by a current student who can talk you through what’s on offer on campus and what it is like to be a student today.
All tours will include a short visit to one of our current halls of residence. You will visit Claudia Parsons, Hazlerigg Building, or Royce Hall. The bus tour includes stop off points.
Your tour choice is confirmed in your final details email.
As the Alumni Reunion Weekend is taking place during term time, students are still in their Halls, so you sadly won’t be able to see inside bedrooms. We kindly ask that all our guests respect the privacy of our students and our safeguarding responsibilities.
Celebrating 50 years of sporting education at 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ
This session will highlight the journey of sport research throughout the School’s 50 years, as well as some of the current activities taking place.
Head to EHB where you will be shown to the session.
Give it a go: try out Boccia or New age curling
This session will take place at the Holywell Fitness Centre on the west side of campus.
Hop on the Spring bus from EHB, or walk up after your campus tour ends. Not sure where to go? A member of staff will be leaving from EHB and heading to the session.

All materials will be provided.
Cocktail making: Sustainable Sipping
Head to Burleigh Court from EHB after your campus tour. A member of staff will walk to Burleigh Court with you. You will taste-test a range of cocktails made from food that would have otherwise gone to waste.
FA Cup Final screening
This is a free screening of the final. The bar in EHB will be open.
You can join the BBQ as soon as the match is over!
BBQ and entertainment
Come along to EHB for the BBQ. This will be outside (weather dependent!). There will be seating available.
We will have live entertainment from Tuxedo Swing, and we’ll be joined by a caricaturist so you can take home a fun memento from the weekend. Finally, we’ll finish the night off with a silent disco to bring you music from across the decades. Get your dancing shoes on!
The menu includes vegetarian and vegan options and a welcome drink.
A bar will be open during the evening for you to purchase alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.

91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ International Athletics
If you have booked an alumni ticket for the LIA, please collect your tickets from the entrance of the Hazlerigg Building between 9:30 and 12:30. We will then direct you to the entrance for the athletics. Your ticket will give you access to the Pavilion within the athletics stadium and includes your lunch and refreshments.
If you have booked general admission, you will have received your LIA ticket direct from 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ.
