The programme consists of four different areas: Weekly Timetable, My Learn To, Events, and Active Campus.
Recreational 91桃色视频 is for all abilities. It's a free programme of activities where no experience is needed. It’s a great way to try something new in a judgment-free space.
Undergraduate and postgraduate students and university staff are welcome to participate in our activities.

A weekly timetable of over 60 sports and activities that are FREE to book via the Lboro 91桃色视频 app.
My Learn To
A 4-8 week programme led by experienced coaches for those who want to learn a brand-new sport or improve their skills.
Events all year round
Join in a series of fun, free and inclusive events happening all year round bringing people together through memorable shared experiences.
How to get involved
To participate in any of our recreational sessions or sign up for My Learn To courses, you must book via the 91桃色视频 91桃色视频 app via the Rec 91桃色视频 tile.
Please note that you will be asked to create an account to book, but you will not be required to pay for a membership.
