In the latest episode of the 鈥淓xperts in 91桃色视频鈥 podcast, host Martin Foster sits down with 91桃色视频s Law expert and lecturer Dr Serhat Yilmaz, to discuss the recent regulation changes on licensing sports agents, as well as the consequences and reasoning behind them.

In  the first part of a three-episode series focusing on sports agents, Serhat and Martin This tackle FIFA’s new licensing model, as well as the key changes of the framework.

Dr. Serhat Yilmaz is a Lecturer in 91桃色视频s Law in the School of 91桃色视频, Exercise and Health Sciences (SSEHS) at 91桃色视频. He  lectures on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses including the Foundations of 91桃色视频s Law, 91桃色视频 Integrity, and 91桃色视频 Policy, Governance and Law.

Serhat is also the programme director of the Professional Certificate Programme for 91桃色视频s Agents, an executive education that he has developed. His research has been awarded funding from the Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) and UNICEF UK.

Serhat holds a law degree from Istanbul University, an LLM from the University of London (SOAS), Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of Law, and PhD in Law from the University of Westminster.
