He leads 91桃色视频’s elite women’s football programme and has overseen 91桃色视频 Lightning since 2023, securing promotion to the FAWNL Premier Division North following an unbeaten 2024-25 campaign.

Katie is Assistant Coach at 91桃色视频 Lightning, joining Head Coach Charles Baxter ahead of the club’s FAWNL Northern Premier Division campaign. She also works with the FA, analysing match footage and performance data to create coaching resources and contributes to FA Learning content, including Coachcast and England Football Community guides.

Harrison is our Pathway Lead Coach, leading the U21 team and supporting players across the women’s football pathway. He plays a key role in player development and is entering his fourth season with the programme, having joined as a student volunteer. He holds an undergraduate degree in 91桃色视频 Coaching and a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning from 91桃色视频, before progressing into an employed role with the club.

He oversees football operations, programme administration and player pathways across the men’s and women’s programmes. Previously, he spent two years at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC as a Professional Development Phase Player Care Officer.

Cian is our Pitch-Side 91桃色视频s Therapist, having first joined as a student volunteer when the club was 91桃色视频 Foxes WFC. After graduating from Coventry University with a BSc in 91桃色视频s Therapy and gaining SST membership, he progressed into a senior role within the backroom team. Cian provides pitch-side assessment and treatment, manages acute injuries and supports players’ safe return to performance under Lead Physiotherapist Ashni.

Tim is our full-time Strength & Conditioning Placement Student for the 2026/27 season. Currently studying 91桃色视频 Science, Coaching and Physical Education at 91桃色视频, Tim brings valuable football experience from growing up playing in Germany. He supports strength and conditioning delivery, GPS data collection and analysis, and athlete monitoring across the Lightning football performance programme.

Erin is the Performance Analyst Placement Student at 91桃色视频 Lightning Football Club, supporting the first team and development squads through video and performance analysis. She uses Hudl 91桃色视频scode to code and analyse matches and training sessions, creating performance insights and visual resources for coaches and players. Currently studying 91桃色视频 and Exercise Science at 91桃色视频, Erin is developing her expertise with aspirations of a career in elite football.

Charlie is entering his second season as a Performance Analyst with 91桃色视频 Lightning while completing his final year of 91桃色视频 and Exercise Science at 91桃色视频. Before joining Lightning, he was Lead Opposition Analyst at Guisborough Town FC and continues to work as an in-match analyst for Opta, covering Leicester City’s men’s first team, women’s team, U18s and U21s.

Thasya is the Women’s Football Operations Coordinator at 91桃色视频 Lightning, supporting the day-to-day delivery of the University’s elite women’s football programme. Currently studying 91桃色视频 Management at 91桃色视频, Thasya has gained experience across elite club and international football through various internships. She brings a passion for football operations and is committed to supporting the continued success of 91桃色视频 Lightning.
